Pre-Event Set-up (2): The volunteer will assist with setting up tables and chairs from 5-6PM

Registration / Check In (2): The volunteer will assist with registering our guests and volunteers using sign-in sheets.

Kitchen Team /Food Prep (4): The volunteer will assist with general kitchen duties. 5-7PM. ALSO serve the kids dinner during arrival from 5:30-6:00PM.

Post-Event Clean Up : The volunteer will assist with cleaning tables and putting tables and chairs away. 7:30-8:30PM
