The Story

The gospel is a driving force behind the ministry of Second Baptist Church.

And what is the gospel?

Good question.

Basically, the gospel is the good news message of joy for all people. It involves God’s gracious offer of salvation to all - for all to put their faith in Jesus the Christ and be saved from the final penalty of sin ; the gospel is about Jesus Christ who died a sacrificial atoning death on the cross for our sins and was buried, and resurrected three days after His death by the power of God- according to the Scriptures- to the glory of God !
