Pre-Event Set-up: The volunteer will assist with setting up on Tuesday morning, November 26th @ 9:00am - 1:00pm

Registration / Check In: The volunteer will assist with directing other volunteers and guests to their designated areas.

Kitchen Team /Food Prep/ Servers: The volunteer will assist with general kitchen duties food preparation (For food prepartion: Kitchen experience preferred: Please arrive at 6:00am). Servers will serve our guests both indoors and outdoors.

Kitchen clean-up: The volunteer will help with cleanup in the kitchen after the event. (Please arrive at 11:00am).

Clothing/Supplies Distribution : The volunteer will assist with issuing clothing and supplies to our homeless guests in an indoor setting.

Family Connection Support: The volunteer will circulate among our unhoused guests with greeting cards and ecourage our gusts to write a card or letter to a family member or friend with hopes to improve make contact with those they may have lost contact with.

Listening Support: The volunteer will circulate among our guests and simply be present to listen and talk..
